assessment horror film: vampire 2

- We can see that there are major problems with the brightness of the film, we started off when it was fairly light however it became dark quickly so we changed the exposure on the camera which made the brightness of the film differ. We now know not to film in the dark.
- We used a variety of shots which made it more interesting to view than one type of shot.
- We found that the continuity of the shots worked quite well and each shot flowed into the next.
- Especially in the shots where the vampire (kyle) is running there is plenty of lead room for him.
- We tried to stay with the 180 degree rule and think that we did it fairly well.
- On the end shot, the actors were in the middle which meant that there was a lot of unnecessary room around them.
- The location was good apart from there not being enough lighting as when we were away from the lampposts it was hard to see what we were filming.
- The bottle that we used was easily broken into pieces so it didn't take long to shoot.
